Stan is an operation, governance and risk management professional with 27 years of experience. He started his career as a consultant with the Big 4 accounting and professional services firms and went on to hold several leadership roles in companies within the real estate and entertainment industries.

Stan held various leadership roles in large organizations such Meraas Holding and DXBE Entertainments. At Meraas, Stan was instrumental in creating a sound system of internal controls and governance to create a solid foundation for the company to grow and diversify. He subsequently took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at DXB Entertainments, the owner of Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region’s largest integrated theme park destination. He played a crucial role in the delivery of this AED 10.5 billon project.

Stan takes a keen interest in Corporate Governance, Finance, Human Resources, Legal Structuring and Sales and Marketing. He leverages of his experience in these domains to assist clients in articulating strategies and devising appropriate organizational structures and legal frameworks.
