While accounting and auditing responsibilities come naturally to Imran, he has developed significant expertise in developing project feasibilities and company valuations, managing debt financing, managing the budgeting and planning functions, preparation and presentation of business plans and financial modelling. He has also adept in market research and has been involved in pricing of assets over USD 3 billion.

Imran is a US CPA holder and has completed his Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
